After a decade of serving you all, we’re finally saying goodbye. This was an incredibly hard decision, this company and all of you have become a big part of my and Jays life.
But I believe it’s time to close this chapter and step into something new.
I’ve loved unlocking for you. We’ve done incredible work over the years, helping so many people, unlocking hundreds of thousands of devices, serving tens of thousands of customers, and earning hundreds of 5-star reviews. We’ve even had the opportunity to work with large organizations like Goodwill and Covanta Energy.
But I find myself ready for what’s next. And this next chapter will require all of my energy and attention. It wouldn’t be fair to you to split my focus, you deserve the same level of service, reliability, and trust that this company was built on. I refuse to compromise that by trying to juggle two businesses.
