We have a 97% success rate unlocking phones. If we can’t unlock your device after trying twice, you have three options: partial refund, store credit, or swap to a different device.

How Our Service Works

Two-Attempt Process

  1. First attempt: We try to unlock your device (usually takes 15 minutes)
  2. 24-hour wait: Some devices need time between attempts (this is normal)
  3. Second attempt: We use advanced techniques
  4. If both fail: You can choose refund, store credit, or device swap

Important: The 24-hour wait does not extend your 6-day window for refunds.

Your Options If Unlock Fails

Option 1: Partial Refund

Requirements:

  • Request within 6 days of purchase
  • We must have tried unlocking twice
  • Provide your order number

Refund Amount:

  • PayPal payments: You get back purchase amount minus 2.9% + $0.30
  • Stripe payments: You get back purchase amount minus 2.9% + $0.30
  • CashApp payments: Full refund (no fees)
  • Processing takes 5-7 business days

Option 2: Store Credit

When Available:

  • Requests after 6 days (we may offer this)
  • You prefer credit over partial refund
  • Technical issues prevented unlock

Store Credit Rules:

  • Valid for 5 years from purchase date
  • Can only be used for same service type (Samsung FRP credit = Samsung FRP service only)
  • Cannot transfer to other people
  • Cannot convert to cash
  • We’ll email you before it expires

Option 3: Device Swap

How It Works: If your original device can’t be unlocked, you can switch to a different device we support.

Requirements:

  • Request within 6 days of purchase
  • We tried unlocking your original device twice
  • New device must be one we support
  • Give us correct information for new device

Pricing:

  • Higher security devices: You may need to pay additional fee
  • Similar difficulty device: No extra charge
  • May need extra time if technical issues require fixing

When Refunds Are NOT Available

No refunds or store credits for:

  • Requests more than 6 days after purchase (store credit may be offered at our discretion)
  • Wrong device information provided (may cause delays or extra fees)
  • Changing your mind after successful unlock (no refund or store credit)
  • Gift cards and promotional credits
  • Physical merchandise orders (all sales final)

Limited refunds available for:

  • Hardware damage prevents unlocking (partial refund after 2 attempts)
  • Sale/discount services (partial refunds within 6 days only)

  • Your order number
  • Payment confirmation
  • Explain what went wrong
  • We’ll respond within 48 hours

Important Information

Service Limitations:

  • Some devices cannot be unlocked due to manufacturer restrictions
  • New security updates may affect success rates
  • International devices may need extra time
  • We may decline service on suspected stolen devices
